Ignored the phone and went on to finish whatever i was doing, then later on decided to check the message and it was like this
"Hi Candy, just a reminder about our daily wednesday appointment at church at 6pm, the Pastor will be there with us,stay blessed"
Guilty came on me, as i took time to think about the lady who sent this text, she works like me and maybe she is even busier than me, she is a mother(with more roles than me)eissh, I cant compare.
She always has time to send this text messages to the members every wednesday to remind us about going to church(for our own benefit, to learn about God's word, for our own salvation)
The question comes
Do we have time for God?
Do you make time for God?
The truth,,,
Most of us live a life where we do not create, make or even are willing to give God his time. And even when we re told about God we are not intrested to listen.
It is like we have decided to put God in the closet or in a bag in which we only open it when we need to.
We are so busy and occupied with things of which he is still putting his hands to help us,,can you really do anything without God's help????
Others argue that they can worship on sunday or saturday or friday and that is enough...
Imagine he is with you 24/7, and you are only willing to have time with him one hour in one of the days among the seven days...Really??
If we were to look at our relationship with God as a girlfriend and boyfriend in love, we would Love him more, have time for him regularly, be serious with him, think about him and communicate with him every minute, every hour,...
Please my dears,Think about this,,let this be a reminder..
Create time for God, give him the time he deserves.
