Wow!!!Wow!!!T.G.I.F....
So today is the 362th day of 365 of 2012...
The last friday of 2012...
We are all saying goodbye to 2012,,,

Would love to share with you what am doing today,,,
Please take it as an example and this goes mostly to my little sisters,,,

Today is a special day that i have taken to do my S.W.O.T analysis for 2012...

Am going to use my strenghts as a foundation for building a more strong personality that i really want,
My weaknesses for 2012 are many,,want to correct them in 2013, cannot erase them but dont want to repeat them,,

The opportunities that i had for 2012 were many, made me go a little bit crazy, I let some slip from my hand but for those that i still have am putting myself together so that i can use them well,,,

I had alot of threats in 2012,,I was afraid and mostly was not strong enough to see how best i can turn this threats into opportunity,,,I have big expectation in 2013,,, 

We all have things we want to achieve but we struggle to even start on them,we always have something  holding us back,, and the biggest stumbling block is ourselves...

You must take steps to achieve what you want even if you are afraid or uncertain.
We dont realise that the first step towards achieving something is by planning,,,

Sometimes you have to take yourself as a company, make a mission for you, a vision,goals and strategies for achieving these goals..
Put a time line on chieving this goals and always do your swot analysis so that you can know exactly where you are standing  and what to do..

We all dont know what will happen the next minute in our lives but we should live with a purpose...

The year is coming to an end and maybe you have not achieved anything for this year but you have 3 days to plan for 2013....

Stop postponing things., be ready to share what you think with the most trusted people example your family so that they can help to keep you on truck..
Stop F.E.A.R OF F.A.I.LU.R.E
Stop L.A.Z.I.N.E.S.S
Stop S.E.L.F.LIMITING B.E.L.I.E.F.S.
Most importantly is to be ready for change, dont be  routine person,,you will be boring and even bore yourself...,,,

I thank God for 2012 and for giving me this idea of doing this for ma self, thanks to the authors there who always inspire me  through their writtings and mostly important to mummy dear for always being wise, am learning alot from you...

Learn to appreciate life and everything around you, it will make you have a comfortble environment for living, learning and impacting your value to others.....
