6 important simple healthy tips..

.

I got these healthy tips from Millard Ayo and i would love to share them with you.
They are simple rules but needs attention.

1. Always use your left ear when answering/speaking with a cell phone.

2.Dont take tablets/any medication with Cold water.

3.Dont take heavy meals after 16hrs

4.Drink alot of water in the morning and less at night.

5.The best time to sleep is from 22hrs to 4a.m

6.Dont pick any call When your mobile cellular phone's battery is low(with one bar) as its radiation  is estimated to be 1000 stronger at that moment.

I always break rule number 3 and 4..I do it vise versa.
But lesson learned.

love is my home.

THE BATTLE WITHIN

I believe that a good week starts by or with a good Monday,
When i say a good Monday, I only mean that  one which shines and gives hope for the rest of the week .
I always count Monday to be one of the determiners of how the week will go.
I just wish everyone a happy Monday..

Back to me,,
Today i woke up with my spirit so down,,
I feel so scared inside.. Its like i have lost something so valuable in my life
and that I lost it coz it was the right thing to happen...
My whole body is responding to this feelings
and cant help feeling Weak..

Its like am having war  within me and I jusssst dont like this feeling!!!!!!
I keep wondering when is this great battle within me is going to end...
A beg ouh I need my peace of mind and peace within me!!!

I just wonder if other people also have this intrapersonal wars and battles sometimes??
How do you usually solve them???

Well back to me, if i cannot tell someone, then i normally write,
Writting what i feel helps alot,
It helps me express what i feeel in an exact way and perfect words that i wouldnt do if i were to talk to someone
and the magic thing about it,once i put my pen down
I FEEL BETTER...
But mostly important is that I always remember that I have a God above
Who knows what is going on with me.
And SO I Pray!!!
I cant let go off  his hand!!!

LORD HOLD ME TIGHT
 WISHING EVERYONE A PRODUCTIVE MONDAY
love, love

Hunger For God

Have you ever woken up one day and felt like  God is missing in your life??
Have you ever felt like you have hidden from him
and that you just pressed that button of unfriending him??

Have you ever felt  like you pushed him away from you
and you instead decided to live alone???

So this sometimes happens with me,, there are days when i feel like am really far away from God.
It makes me feel so hungry for him.
my life feels so empty and helpless without him,,
it feels like walking in the jungle or desert alone..

It is the time i realize that i can never ever make it in life or even survive without him.
It makes me see how important he is..
It makes me fear him, love him and most of all hold unto him for i cannot live without him..

When we realize of how God is important in our lives,
it makes us love him and do his will and what he commands us to do.
It makes us realize that we are the representation and reflections of Him
and that our identity is made of Him..

We then learn to value ourselves, value others and love eachother unconditionally like the way he loves us.
We even get to appreciate how God created us because he did it with much love and according to the exact way he wanted each of us to be.

When we hunger for God,, we are able to seek him,
ask his thoughts for us and what plan he has for each of us.
It gives us an opportunity to read his word where we can know of his promises for us and be able to proclaim them..(FOR I KNOW THE PLANS I HAVE FOR YOU, DECLAIRS THE LORD, PLANS FOR WHOLENESS ANS NOT FOR EVIL, TO GIVE YOU A FUTURE AND A HOPE. THEN YOU WILL CALL UPON ME AND COME AND PRAY TO ME AND I WILL HEAR YOU,,)
he also said "you will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart)JEREMIAH 29;11-13 My hunger for God is always cured by his word for it gives me confidence and strength to carry own.. It is my food,,
that gives me a healthy spirit..

Dear God,,
Thank you for today..

May everyone hav a beautful friday night..
Happy sabbath to my fellow SDA's ..
Lets keep it holly..

love is my home.

From my heart to you

So today am super dissapointed with something and i feel so down.
I keep asking my self why and what is happening,,
Cant be life be constant and if you are happy let it stay it that way???
I wish to share the story with you here but i dont have the right language and words to put.

But one thing  for sure,, the only thing that gives me strength is that i cant denie my lips from smiling.
A smile brightens my day, it makes me forget what i am feeling inside and even helps me hide my sadness.

Do you ever smile when you are sad?
Au ndo unanunaaaaa na kuvuta mdomo mpaka ufike Serengeti???(Scary and ugly)

Try smiling even if you are mad at someone or at yourself.
It works with me well and makes me feel better and relaxed.
It kills someone who made you angry and still sees you smiling like nothing ever happened.

Yes am making SMILING  my new character and i must say it is like a project that is running well and paying me well.

Smile for life and look up!!!
Everything will be allright

I Love showing off my teeth and its this smile that is keeping me nice.

There we go am blowing you a kiss
to brighten your day.

Wishing you a nice Wednesday!!!!!!
Make Smiling your habbit
smile smile

KINGDOMS/MONARCHIES IN AFRICA

I have always loved the idea of kingdoms, I find it cultral and interesting.
I first learned about Kingdoms during my history classes in primary level and to me it sounded so interesting, I wished if i were to one day experience that kind of life although i cannot ignore the fact that there are alot of things too which are negative about kingdom life style.

Most of  kingdoms died during and after the colonial period and my bad was not there to witness the real life in kingdoms.
There are presently as many as 165 Monarchies in Africa; that is: self-governing states, territories, or nations where supreme power resides with an individual, who is recognised as the head of state.
All are similar in that the sovereign inherits his or her office and usually keeps it until death or abdication

However, only five are sovereign, while the remaining are sub-national monarchies.
Of the former, four are constitutional monarchies,
wherein the sovereign is bound by laws and customs in the exercise of his or her powers,
and one is an absolute monarchy, wherein the sovereign rules without bounds;
currently three of these monarchies are independent states, while the remaining two are dependencies of European monarchies.
Those monarchies that are sub-national in nature are not sovereign, and exist within larger political associations.

Here are the standing Monarchies in africa

Is There some Truth in this???

-----  1. Law of Mechanical Repair

After your hands become coated with grease, your nose will begin to itch and you'll have to pee.

2. Law of Gravity

Any tool, nut, bolt, screw, when dropped, will roll to the least accessible place in the universe.

3. Law of Probability

The  probability of being watched is directly proportional to the stupidity of your act.

4. Law of Random Numbers

If you dial a wrong number, you never get a busy signal and someone always answers.

6. Variation Law

If  you change lines (or traffic lanes), the one you were in will always move faster than the one you are in now (works every time).

7. Law of the Bath

When the body is fully immersed in water, the telephone rings.

8. Law of Close Encounters

The probability of meeting someone you know INCREASES dramatically when you are with someone you don't want to be seen with.

9. Law of the Result

When you try to prove to someone that a machine won't work, IT WILL!!!

10. Law of Bio-Mechanics

The severity of the itch is inversely proportional to the reach.

11. Law of the Theatre & Arena

At any event, the people whose seats are furthest from the aisle, always arrive last. They are the ones who will leave their seats several times to go for food, beer, or the toilet and who leave early before the end of the performance or the game is over. The folks in the aisle seats come early, never move once, have long gangly legs or big bellies and stay to the bitter end of the performance. The aisle people also are very surly folk.

12. The Coffee Law

As soon as you sit down to a cup of hot coffee, your boss will ask you to do something which will last until the coffee is cold.

13. Murphy's Law of Lockers

If there are only 2 people in a locker room they will have adjacent lockers.

14. Law of Physical Surfaces

The chances of an open-faced jam sandwich landing face down on a floor are directly correlated to the newness and cost of the carpet or rug.

15. Law of Logical Argument

Anything is possible if you don't know what you are talking about.

16. Brown's Law  of Physical Appearance

If the clothes fit, they're ugly.

17. Olivers Law of Public Speaking

A CLOSED MOUTH GATHERS NO FEET!!!

18. Wilson's Law of Commercial Marketing Strategy

As soon as you find a product that you really like, they will stop making it.

19. Doctors'  Law

If  you don't feel well, make an appointment to go to the doctor, by the time you  get there you'll feel better.

But don't make an appointment and you'll stay sick. Same goes for the dentist.

Nice day lovies

Happy Sabbath

The only way to live a happy life is to let God take care and control everything in you.
Take your time reading and meditating his word.
Personally i love reading the sabbath school lesson which guides me,
My heart lies in the Bible as a supporting pillar to my faith and guidance.
The word of God is the armor that i wear for protection in this world full of evil.

Today i share with you this Lesson 7 which I believe will make a difference in your life and will teach you something.

Just remember
“In every soul two powers are struggling earnestly for the victory. Unbelief marshals its forces, led by Satan, to cut us off from the Source of our strength
Faith marshals its forces, led by Christ, the author and finisher of our faith. Hour by hour, in the sight of the heavenly universe, the conflict goes forward.
This is a hand-to-hand fight, and the great question is, Which shall obtain the mastery? This question each must decide for himself. In this warfare all must take a part, fighting on one side or the other. From the conflict there is no release. . . . We are urged to prepare for this conflict. ‘Be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.’ The warning is repeated, ‘Wherefore take unto you the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.’” -Ellen G. White, Sons and Daughters of God, p. 328.
We must put on every piece of the armor, and then stand firm. The Lord has honored us by choosing us as His soldiers. Let us fight bravely for Him, maintaining the right in every transaction. Rectitude in all things is essential to the welfare of the soul.
As you strive for the victory over your own inclinations, He will help you by His Holy Spirit to be circumspect in every action, that you may give no occasion for the enemy to speak evil of the truth.
Put on as your breastplate that divinely protected righteousness which it is the privilege of all to wear. This will protect your spiritual life. -Ellen G. White, The SDA Bible Commentary, vol. 6, p. 1119.

Please take your time to read the link below and stay blessed..

LIVE 5O YRS INSTEAD OF 100 BY NOT TAKING BREAKFAST...

This goes to all breakfast skeepers like me,
Lets learn something from this article..!!!

What’s the Worst Breakfast of All?

Whether you’re looking to slim down, build muscle, train for a marathon, or just protect your health, breakfast really is the most important meal of the day. And a fast-food morning meal is not the worse choice. Instead, the unhealthiest option is not eating a morning meal at all.

Not only do people who skip their morning meal—or begin the day with only a cup of coffee—have less energy, worse moods, and poorer memory those who eat breakfast, studies show, but they also face some serious health risks. First of all, they’re up to 450 percent more likely to become obese, which in turn boosts risk for a wide range of ailments, including cardiovascular disease—the leading killer of Americans—gout, joint problems, and even some forms of cancer.

A 2012 study published in American Journal of Clinical Nutritionalso reports that people who regularly skip breakfast have a 21 percent higher risk for type 2 diabetes. The researchers tracked about 29,000 men for 16 years and found that the increased risk remained even when body mass index was into account. Scientists suspect that a morning meal helps keep blood sugar levels stable during the day.

What’s the Healthiest Breakfast?

The right breakfast not only reduces risk for overeating later in the day, but also revs up metabolism, fuels your body and brain, and helps you maintain a healthy weight. For example, 80 percent of participants in the ongoing National Weight Control Registry study (which tracks more than 4,000 people who have dropped 30 or more pounds and kept them off for a year or longer) eat breakfast regularly.

Nutritionists advise including both lean protein and fiber

in your morning meal, such as whole-grain unsweetened

or low-sugar cereal mixed with non-fat yogurt, low-fat

milk, or soy milk and topped with fresh fruit.

Researchers at University of Texas at El Paso report that eating a filling breakfast helps people consume an

average of 100 fewer calories per day, enough to add up

to ten-pound weight loss over a year.

The Breakfast Food that Fights Belly Fat

Another study linked having whole-grain cereal for breakfast with reduced levels of cortisol, a stress hormone linked to both weight gain and a tendency to accumulate belly fat. A large waistline is the leading warning sign of metabolic syndrome, which quintuple risks for type 2 diabetes and triple it for heart attack.

Most of us do not eat the recommended three ounces of whole grains a day, which you can get from a slice of whole-wheat bread, a 6-inch whole-grain corn tortilla, or a serving of cereal. The health benefits of whole grain include:

·         Longer life. A high-fiber diet can cut risk of death from cardiovascular causes by nearly 60%, according to a recent nine-year study of nearly 400,000 people ages 50 and older.

·         A healthier heart.Soluble fiber in oatmeal and out bran reduces LDL “bad,”cholesterol and total cholesterol.

·         Weight loss. Whole grains digest more slowly than refined grains, which keeps blood sugar levels stable rather than stimulating insulin.

TAKE YOUR BREAKFAST FROM TOMORROW DONT PLAN TO SKIP IT!!!!
