This Saturday at church..

I have had the most beautful saturday.
Went to my church for the first time since i came to this country and i must say I am trully blessed.
Today is an International Women's Day of prayer.
So it was women ministering, and for the first program which we call Sabbath School the topic  was the power in prayers, I learned that Praying is the only direct conversation we have with God(talking to God and Listening to him when talking to you), we should always find time to pray and prayers can be done anywhere and at anytime.
"A family that prays together remain united"i quoted one of the speakers...

Then we had the second program:Lesson Study
This week topic had been" Marriage:A Gift From Eden" please if interested to read about this go www.ssnet.org/lessons/(Lesson 9)

In a summarized way and what i grasped is that people should look at marriage as a gift from God, it shoud be for two people, a woman and a man with God above them, should form a triangle that is unbreakable, through thick and thin,,
when people think of marriage should look beyond sex, it is about companionship, understanding, being a shoulder for one another and more and more.
Once in it,no coming out and whatever God binded no man shall separate.

Then we had the Divine Service.
The bread of life was given and we were all reminded on the role of a man and a woman...
A man is a head of a home,God made it that way, we should all respect that and men should also recognize their role and play it well.
A woman is a heart to a home.(she is to provide love, care and support to the household), just as important as it is for  heart to beat, then that is how a woman should be active(if the heart stops beating then no more life)
She should be wise and always remember that if a home goes down then she failed it...
Well it was interesting..

A happy sabbath to all my fellow SDA's hata wale wasiokua, please attend to one of our saturday's Worship and get your blessings...

Love u..

Should African Mothers Be Patient With Their Unmarried Daughters?

Been wanting to write this alafu someone else wrote it so nimeileta as follows,,,Photo: http://bridal-lifestyle.com/category/wedding-dress/

From Mercy J.

Moms everywhere like to ask their unmarried daughters dreaded questions... like: Why are you still single? Are you married yet? Anyone catch your eye?(mmmh i admit being asked this qn with one of my grandma's)

Being an unmarried African woman in her childbearing years is like being a manicurist with a hand tremor: very odd and rather tricky. She is expected to marry early and marry well.

African mothers, then, are in a deep crisis. They immigrated to the United States with the hopes that their daughters would get a good education and fulfill the American Dream. But they never considered that, along with having all that modernity, their daughters would, like the rest of America’s young, empowered women, be so “late” in marriage.

Granted, African moms are not alone in their hopes. But still, some of them seem particularly affected. What shall they do?

Well, first, they might accept that their daughters have not just a “double consciousness,” as W. E. B. Dubois termed it, but rather infinite consciousnesses, complicating their very blackness. If an upper middle-class girl has one or more African parents, for example, she has likely schooled in the United States or Europe — maybe even a generation after her own parents have.
And she has likely spent a fair amount of time in London via Lagos, a common lifestyle practice for those of formerly colonized African countries. If she has lived down South, say in Texas, for some time, she has likely acquired a George Bush twang for survival sake. If she has taken up a neuroscience residency in Boston (which, of course, she must, if she is African), she might now sound like Matt Damon’s sister. And the minute she wins an accolade in some not-so-diverse department (which, of course, she must, being African), she’ll be labeled the “first African-American” to have done so.
In short, she is global. If she is living in a melting pot like New York, she is global on steroids. Naturally, global girls outgrow such local traditions as arranged marriages, dowry and bride price, which have not been exclusive to African

African moms need to accept that globalism has allowed their daughters to know the world better, and as a result, seek partnerships more wisely. This process of self-determination takes a tad longer to form than setting up an arranged marriage.

If you’d never match a conservative Christian with a flagrant porn star, it’s not clear why today’s educated woman should edit herself in hopes of attracting a feeble idiot. Yes, she’d be married, but then she’d live only to repress herself for someone else’s ego — and what kind of message would that be for the children?

You see, dear African moms, global girls need global boys. Not intimidated ones.
We can sit and try to make sense of why one kind of match would work or not work for a global girl, but we must concede that love is messy and unpredictable. Love is not like your daughter’s medical career with a blueprint to follow, or like a GPS map that can calculate the distance between Dar es salaam and Mwanza (i loved this part).
Yesterday’s woman wanted marriage. Today’s woman wants love — and marriage, if it turns out that way. Olivia Pope’s character in the TV series “Scandal” spoke quite unapologetically for today’s woman when she said: “I could probably give all this up, and live in a country house and have babies and be normal. I could. But I don’t want to. I’m not built for it. I don’t want normal and easy…and simple. I want…painful, difficult…devastating…life-changing…extraordinary love.”(we all do, atleast i admit i do,,wierd eeh?)

Extraordinary love? Sometimes, dear African moms, that process is just a little more complicated than marrying your cousin like in the 18th century. So, you’ll just have to be patient."

She said it all...
From my thinking no one, absolutely no one should get married just to please people around her, get married because you want it and You love the person.
Doesnt matter kama ni age of 21, 30 or even 50..
Dont let people decide for you or make you rush into marriage.
Wait for the right person and dont settle for less" i mean just anybody(Money has nothing to do with my "settle for less".....

Mama dont get worried, your girl will make it one day""That is what i would wish to say to my mom if she ever get worried...

Tchaoooo.

The best of Candy...living the life....

Nina miaka kadhaa hapa duniani, na kwa kipindi ambacho Mungu kanipa uhai, nimekosea scenes nyingi, natamani sometimes kudelete yale niliyoyakosea lakini makosa hayo yamenifunza ifuatavyo...

Life itself is a school.
Everyday is an experience.
No one, absolutely no one knows everything and has everything.
We are all in a learning institution,
And we must admit that we have different capacities in understanding.
Be careful with your steps.
Live your life like a movie that you would want to watch over and over again. not the one you will want to foward each scene, but rather let it be the one you will want to rewind each scene..

Happiness is a choice.
Be content and happy with whatever you have, dont look on what others have and compare, you will be disapointed and covet.

Learn to take responsibilities when things dont go well.
Forget about blaming others for your misfortunes...Someone hurted you?yes dont blame him/her, remember it was your responsbility to make sure you are not hurt, you allowed yourself into it.

Learn not to count on promises from human beings.
No one is perfect, absolutely no one?not even a single person....nada.
People are good at promising when they want something, or when they are happy, sad, desperate or even when they cant see beyond it.(I always put promises as a probability with 10%)...

Learn to forgive and letting go./dont hold grudges.
Forgiving gives you a light heart, a free soul and you are at peace with everyone.

Learn to accept the impossibles.
You fell inlove with someone and they did not love you back, well my dear ACCEPT it and wish them luck and let them go.Kila mtu alizaliwa na wake ampendae, dont force it.
Dont struggle to make people love you, rather be a loveble person that people can love naturally and enjoy being with you.

Be honest enough.
Be genuine, dont fake it, dont be plastic.

When you have the opportunity to love, give the best of you such that no one, absolutely no one can ever regret having you in their lifes.

Count on your blessings Zero one by one....
I am counting mine..
One Love...
I laugh,i do crazy things and i apprecite every second of ma life..... kisses for you..

Am a pixholic and i do crazy stuffs kwa camera..but it is my way to have"fun"oops yes it is...

Nawatakia Week end njema...

Love is my home...

Maswali ya Kizushi ....

I have two wierd questions but thinkable one....

Nilisoma somewhere and it got me into thinking..
Wacha na mimi niulize...

1.Eti kwa karne hii na miaka hiii, do we still have virgins upto 24 years of age, 18?,,21 je?

1. Less than 5%
2. Less 20%
3. Less than 50%
4. Other

Ni kitu gani kinachowafanya wagive up so easly?
Je ni elimu?Utandawazi?Ignorance?jamii au?

2. Eti ndoa nyingi siku hizi zinasababishwa na ujauzito?
Is it true?
Hivi ni correct kweli kusema nimepata mimba kibahati mbaya?mmh?will you call your baby an accident?is it fair?
Kwa nini tusiwe brave enough kuappreciate the pregnancy and saying "this is not an accident but  a blessing"unajua ni wangapi wanalilia watoto?

Loaaaading..........
Nkipata majibu ntarudi.

Big Up Juliana Shonza.

Today am showing love to my girl Juliana...
Daah sikuamini kumuona kafika hapo alipo.
Naeza kusema kitu kimoja kuhusu Juliana, she is brave..
Ameonyesha kufata moyo wake na alichokipenda kukifanya maishani mwake and i can see the leadership in her.
Naweza kusema neno moja tu"God be with her"politics aint an easy game, politics is a d.... game and sometimes it goes by the rule" Survival for the Fittest", "survival for the smartest"....You have to be very strong, close your ears, open them for wisdom only,,wengi watasema but machache ndo ya kuyaangalia na kuyatilia maanani.

Juliana akiwa kazini....
Napata picha hapo utambulisho aliokua akiutoa.12/2/2013..umeona waheshimiwa wanavoangalia hapo nyuma ya picha.(hivi ngekua mimi hapo si ngepoteza fahamu maana kusimama na kujitambulisha tu mbele ya umati kigugumizi kikali)

So Juliana is my old friend, we studied together in high school. Alikua my room mate and was among the first people i knew when i joined my high school and we were fortunate to study together in the university of Dar es salaam though she was in a different school from mine, we still met in corridors, stoped for a hi and little chat.
Yes she had to do with leadership when in the university and would always laugh and joke and sometimes make funny comments at her concerning being an M.P..Yes now I  know that everything starts with a step.
As a friend, Juliana is a sweet girl, understanding and one who can make you feel better when you are down, and ofcourse a good joker, plus she is saved. She has a great personality.
She used and still calls me madam Camesh and now am gonn call her 'honorable Juliana for real'
Juliana kama utasoma hii, please Mshikilie Mungu wako kama siku zote, uliposimama ni pagumu na only God can do the rest. Simamia kwenye Ukweli na utainuliwa, Stay determined, be strong and take steps, mi nataka kukuona siku moja umekua "Raisi" si utanialika ikulu jamani...

Akiwa na Viongozi wakuu CCM pamoja na mwanachama mwenzake..

Big up my girl.
